We have been coaching early-stage startups for over 20 years, both directly and through several accelerators and programs, such as  Kiuas, Aalto Ignite, Redbrick and GO-SME.

Kaija is a Founding Member of the Finnish Startup Foundation which supports the next-generation entrepreneurship.

When coaching, we do not try give the right answers to startups – they need to find them. We help them to find the answers by asking questions and sharing experiences. We focus on helping the companies to develop a systematic way of working in all their operations by asking “why” 5 times to find the root causes, and by asking “why not” to think out of the box.
