We have over 10 years of experience on EU funding and projects.

Kaija has been a Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe EIC Business coach since the start of the coaching program in 2015. In addition she has been an evaluator in Horizon Pillar II projects. She has also a long experience as a Pitching coach for EIC events.

Since 2024 she has been a mentor in the EIC Scaling Club, an invitation-only program to create the next European unicorns, and a coach in EIC Tech 2 Market, a programme for Pathfinder and Transition teams.

Juhani has been a Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe EIC Business Coach since 2019.
